How I Work…
Therapy: Providing appropriate therapy is based on an individual’s preferences, needs and challenges Treament is provided in a non-judgemental, supportive and confidential space. Drawing on experience and skills rather than a one-size-fits-all and based on proven research-based methods short or long term. Approaches include CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Family systems therapy and IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy). Mindfulness can also be incorporated to combat stress and increase relaxation.
Coaching: An experienced coach in executive , neurodiversity and health coaching I use different models to explore, execute and support change. This can include in work and homelife environments .

Coaching : Solution focused executive coaching , work settings, educational, life. Neurodiverse coaching including autistic burnout.

I enjoy supporting people to reach their goals, transform, have healthier relationships with themselves (and others if appropriate) and find their true potential. My experience and connections in health, business and educational settings provides me with a depth of knowledge to provide this. I am a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council and The British Psychological Society.
